Common use of Tenant Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Tenant Fixtures. Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2, Tenant may install, remove and reinstall equipment and trade fixtures without Landlord’s prior written consent, except that any fixtures which are affixed to the Premises or which affect the exterior or structural portions of the Building shall require Landlord’s written approval. Subject to Section 17.20, the foregoing sentence shall apply to Tenant’s signs, logos and insignia, all of which Tenant shall have the right to place and remove and replace solely with Landlord’s prior written consent as to location, size and composition.
