Common use of Tenant Improvements Schedule Clause in Contracts

Tenant Improvements Schedule. The schedule for the design and development of Tenant Improvements (as defined in the Lease), including, without limitation, the time periods for preparation and review of construction documents, approvals and performance, shall be in accordance with that certain schedule prepared by Landlord and Tenant attached as Exhibit A-2 to this Work Letter (the “Tenant Improvements Schedule”). The Tenant Improvements Schedule shall be subject to adjustment as mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties, or as provided in this Work Letter.

The Schedule shall be subject to adjustment as mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties, or as provided in this Work Letter.
