Common use of Tenant not to Overload Utility and Service Facilities Clause in Contracts

Tenant not to Overload Utility and Service Facilities. The Tenant will not install equipment that will exceed or overload the capacity of utility or service facilities and if, in the opinion of the Landlord, acting reasonably, equipment installed by the Tenant requires additional facilities, they will be installed at the Tenant’s expense in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Landlord prior to installation. The Landlord reserves the right to install such additional equipment at the Tenant’s expense, which will not exceed 15% of the cost of the additional equipment.
