Purchaser shall deliver to each and every tenant of the Property under a Lease thereof a signed statement acknowledging Purchaser's receipt and responsibility for each tenant's security deposit (to the extent delivered by Seller to Purchaser at Closing), if any, all in compliance with and pursuant to the applicable provisions of applicable law. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive Closing.
