Common use of Tenant Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Tenant Personal Property. Xxxxxx’s personal property and any other personal property permitted on Premises by Xxxxxx, except that which may be the personal property of the Owner of Premises, is on Premises at Tenant’s own risk and Landlord shall not be liable for any loss or damage of same, including but not limited to food spoilage, whether arising from criminal acts, fire, storm, flood, rain, wind damage, acts of God, acts of negligence by any other person, bursting or leaking of water pipes, roof leaks, interruption of utility services, insect infestations, or failure of appliances or other systems.
