Common use of Tenant Representations Clause in Contracts

Tenant Representations. If Tenant is a corporation or other entity, Tenant hereby represents, covenants and warrants that Tenant is duly formed and validly existing under the Laws of its state of formation; Tenant has full right and authority to enter into this Lease and to perform all Tenant's obligations hereunder; and each person (and both of the persons if more than one signs) signing this Lease on behalf of Tenant is duly and validly authorized to do so.
