Tenant Representations. If Tenant is a corporation or other entity, each person executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenants and warrants that Tenant is duly formed and validly existing under the laws of its state of formation; Tenant has full right and authority to enter into this Lease and to perform all Tenant’s obligations hereunder; and each person (and both of the persons if more than one signs) signing this Lease on behalf of Tenant is duly and validly authorized to do so.
