Common use of Tenant Working Drawings Clause in Contracts

Tenant Working Drawings. After the Tenant Space Plan has been approved by Landlord, Tenant shall cause working drawings (the “Tenant Working Drawings”) of the Initial Tenant Work to be prepared and shall deliver the same to Landlord for its approval. The Tenant Working Drawings shall consist of complete sets of plans and specifications, including detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans for the Initial Tenant Work. The Tenant Working Drawings shall be substantially consistent with the Tenant Space Plan without any material changes. The Tenant Working Drawings shall be prepared at Tenant’s expense by architects and engineers selected by Tenant and reasonably approved by Landlord. The approval process for the Tenant Working Drawings shall be identical to the approval process for the Tenant Space Plan described in paragraph 2 of this Article I.
