Tenant’s Builder’s Risk Insurance. Tenant shall obtain an “All Physical Loss” Builder’s Risk Insurance policy covering Tenant’s Work. The policy shall name Landlord and Xxxxxx as named insureds. The amount of insurance to be provided shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the replacement cost of Tenant’s Work.
