Common use of Tenant’s Conduct Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Conduct. Neither the Tenant nor their guests shall engage in any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of other Neighbors. Xxxxxx agrees to keep the property clean, quiet and orderly. In the event that Xxxxxx has a pet, Xxxxxx agrees to take all steps necessary, including the removal of the animal, to preserve the cleanliness, tranquility, peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
