Tenant Further Agrees That Sample Clauses

Tenant Further Agrees That. Condition of Premises: Upon the expiration of the Lease it shall return possession of the leased premises in its present condition, reasonable wear and tear, fire casualty excepted. Tenant shall commit no waste to the leased premises. Assignment or Subletting: Tenant shall not assign or sublet said premises or allow any other person to occupy the leased premises without Landlord's prior written consent. Alterations: Tenant shall not make any material or structural alterations to the leased premises without Landlord's prior written consent. Compliance with Law: Tenant shall comply with all building, zoning and health codes and other applicable laws for the use of said premises. Tenant’s Conduct: Tenant shall not conduct on premises any activity deemed extra hazardous, or a nuisance, or requiring an increase in fire insurance premiums. Pets: Tenant shall not allow pets on the premises.

  • Commencement of Negotiations Within five (5) days of satisfaction of the public notice requirement, and not later than forty-five (45) days following submission of the proposal, negotiations shall commence at a mutually acceptable time and place for the purpose of considering changes in this Agreement.

  • HOLDOVER Should Lessee remain in possession of the Premises after the cancellation, expiration or sooner termination of the Lease, or any renewal thereof, without the execution of a new Lease or addendum, such holding over in the absence of a written agreement to the contrary shall be deemed, if Lessor so elects, to have created and be construed to be a tenancy from month to month, terminable upon thirty (30) days’ notice by either party.
