Tenant’s Contractors. MECHANICS’ AND OTHER LIENS—STANDARD OF TENANT’S PERFORMANCE—COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS Whenever Tenant shall make any Alterations in or to the Premises—whether such work be done prior to or after the Commencement Date—Tenant will strictly observe the following covenants and agreements:
