TENANT’S DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS. The Unit is a student-only residence, for occupation by students for educational purposes, whilst registered fulltime at a recognised educational institution. The Unit and Communal Areas must be used with care and with due regard for other tenants and in accordance with the House Rules. The Tenant will return the Unit and the Communal Area on the Termination Date, in the same good order and condition, fair wear and tear excepted, as he received it.
