Common use of TENANT'S HOLDOVER Clause in Contracts

TENANT'S HOLDOVER. If Tenant does not provide timely written notice to Landlord of Tenant's intent to surrender or Tenant does not vacate the Property at the end of the Lease term or otherwise remains in possession of the Property, a new month-to-month tenancy will be created which will be subject to all the terms and conditions of this Lease.
