Common use of Tenant’s Installation of Rooftop Equipment Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Installation of Rooftop Equipment. If Landlord approves such plans, Tenant shall install (in a good and workmanlike manner) the Rooftop Equipment in accordance with the approved plans and specifications therefor and all Laws (including all applicable permits and consents issued with respect to the Rooftop Equipment) in a manner so as not to damage the Building or interfere with the use of any portion of the Project while such installation is taking place.
