Tenant’s Obligations Subject to Appropriations and Authorizations. The fiscal year of the Commonwealth is the 12-month period ending June 30 of each year. Appropriations and authorizations for expenditures by agencies of the Commonwealth are made on a fiscal-year basis. In accordance with X. X. x. 29, § 27, the obligations of Tenant under this Lease, and under any modification, extension, or renewal of this Lease for any fiscal year, are subject to the appropriation and the allotment of sufficient funds to the Tenant.
