Common use of Tenant’s Option Notice Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Option Notice. Tenant shall have the right to deliver written notice to Landlord of its intent to exercise this Option (the “Option Notice”). If Landlord does not receive the Option Notice from Tenant on a date which is neither more than three hundred sixty (360) days nor less than two hundred forty (240) days prior to the end of the initial term of the Lease, all rights under this Option shall automatically terminate and shall be of no further force or effect. Upon the proper exercise of this Option, subject to the provisions, limitations and conditions set forth in Paragraph 5 below, the initial term of the Lease shall be extended for the Extended Term.
