Common use of Tenant’s Parking Rights Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Parking Rights. Landlord shall provide Tenant free of charge during the initial Term, on an unassigned and non-exclusive basis, for use by Tenant and Tenant’s Representatives and Visitors, at the users’ sole risk, 3.5 parking spaces in the Parking Facility for each one thousand (1,000) rentable square feet of space leased to Tenant, which as of the date of this Lease is seventy (70) parking spaces in the Parking Facility. The parking spaces to be made available to Tenant hereunder may contain a reasonable mix of spaces for compact cars and up to ten percent (10%) of the unassigned spaces may also be designated by Landlord as Building visitors’ parking.

The parking spaces to be made available to Tenant hereunder may contain a reasonable mix of spaces for compact cars and up to ten percent (10%) of the unassigned spaces may also be designated by Landlord as Building visitors’ ' parking.

The parking spaces to be made available to Tenant hereunder may contain a reasonable mix of spaces for compact cars and up to ten percent (10%) of the unassigned spaces may also be designated by Landlord as Building visitors’ parking.
