Common use of Tenant’s Parking Rights Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Parking Rights. Landlord shall provide Tenant, without charge or fee, on an unassigned and non-exclusive basis, for use by Tenant and Tenant's Representatives and Visitors, at the users' sole risk, one (1) parking space in the Parking Facility (including parking on the public street) for each three hundred thirty-three (333) rentable square feet of space leased to Tenant. The parking spaces to be made available to Tenant hereunder may contain a reasonable mix of spaces for compact cars and up to ten percent (10%) of the unassigned spaces may also be designated by Landlord as Building visitors' parking.

Tenant’s Parking Rights. Landlord shall provide Tenant, without charge or fee, on an unassigned and non-exclusive basis, 3.3 parking spaces in the Parking Facility for each 1,000 rentable square feet of office space leased to Tenant (which based on the rentable square footage of the Premises as originally described in the Lease, is fourteen (14) parking spaces) for use by Tenant and Tenant's ’s Representatives and Visitors, at the users' ’ sole risk, one (1) parking space in the Parking Facility (including parking on the public street) for each three hundred thirty-three (333) rentable square feet of space leased to TenantFacility. The parking spaces to be made available to Tenant hereunder may contain a reasonable mix of spaces for compact cars and up to ten percent (10%) of the unassigned spaces may also be designated by Landlord as Building visitors' ’ parking.

The parking spaces to be made available to Tenant hereunder may contain a reasonable mix of spaces for compact cars and up to ten percent (10%) of the unassigned spaces may also be designated by Landlord as Building visitors' ’ parking.

Tenant’s Parking Rights. Landlord shall provide Tenant, without Tenant free of charge or feeduring the initial Term, on an unassigned and non-exclusive basis, for use by Tenant and Tenant's ’s Representatives and Visitors, at the users' ’ sole risk, one (1) 3.5 parking space spaces in the Parking Facility (including parking on the public street) for each three hundred thirty-three one thousand (3331,000) rentable square feet of space leased to Tenant, which as of the date of this Lease is seventy (70) parking spaces in the Parking Facility. The parking spaces to be made available to Tenant hereunder may contain a reasonable mix of spaces for compact cars and up to ten percent (10%) of the unassigned spaces may also be designated by Landlord as Building visitors' ’ parking.
