Common use of Tenant’s Payments Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Payments. (a) Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as an Escalation Charge, an amount equal to (i) Operating Expenses for each Operating Year (or partial Operating Year) falling within the Term of this Lease multiplied by (ii) the Escalation Factor, such amount to be apportioned for any partial Operating Year in which the Commencement Date falls or the Term of this Lease ends.

Tenant’s Payments. (a) Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as an Escalation Charge, an amount equal to (i) Operating Expenses Allocable to the Building for each Operating operating Year (or partial Operating Year) falling within the Term of this Lease multiplied by (ii) the Building Escalation Factor, such amount to be apportioned for any partial Operating Year in which the Commencement Date falls or the Term of this Lease ends.

Tenant’s Payments. (a) In the event that for any Operating Year Operating Expenses shall exceed Base Operating Expenses, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, as an Escalation Charge, an amount equal to (i) such excess Operating Expenses for each Operating Year (or partial Operating Year) falling within the Term of this Lease multiplied by (ii) the Escalation Factor, such amount to be apportioned for any partial Operating Year in which the Commencement Date falls or the Term of this Lease ends.
