Common use of Tenant’s quiet enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s quiet enjoyment. Upon the Tenant paying the Rent and all other monies payable under this Agreement, and observing and performing the Tenant’s covenants and obligations under this Agreement, the Tenant shall peaceably hold and enjoy the possession of the Premises during the Term without disturbance by the Landlord or any person rightfully claiming under or in trust for the Landlord.

Tenant’s quiet enjoyment. Upon the Tenant paying the Rent Rent, Service Charge and all other monies payable under this Agreement, and observing and performing the Tenant’s covenants and obligations under this Tenant to initial Agreement, the Tenant shall peaceably hold and enjoy the possession of the Premises during the Term without disturbance by the Landlord or any person rightfully claiming under or in trust for the Landlord.
