Tenant’s Repair Obligations. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s own expense, pursuant to the terms of this Lease, including, without limitation, Article 8 hereof, keep the Premises, including all improvements, fixtures and furnishings therein, in good order, repair and condition at all times during the Lease Term.
