Tenant’s Responsibilities Upon Termination of Management of the Premises. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease for any reason, Tenant shall forthwith, without necessity of demand or notice, deliver the following to Landlord, or Landlord’s appointed agent on the effective date of such expiration or early termination (except to the extent that any such item has already been delivered to Landlord).
