Meeting Requirements. At the written request of either Landlord or Tenant (a “MM Request”), each party shall arrange to meet and confer with the other (at a mutually reasonable and convenient time and location in Massachusetts), as to the status of the maintenance and repair required to be performed under this Lease and to (i) conduct a full inspection of the condition of the Premises including the Building structure and Building systems, (ii) review and discuss the Service Agreements, and (iii) review and discuss Tenant’s and Landlord’s obligations as set forth under this Lease (each, a “Maintenance Meeting”); provided, however, in no event shall Landlord or Tenant be required to participate in more than one such Maintenance Meeting in any calendar quarter throughout the Lease Term, unless such a Maintenance Meeting is required in connection with an emergency situation or event. In connection with, and in advance of, any such Maintenance Meeting, to the extent Landlord’s MM Request included a request for maintenance and repair reports, documents and back-up materials, Tenant shall promptly deliver any maintenance and repair reports, documents and back-up materials related to the maintenance and repair required to be performed by Tenant under the Lease, to the extent the same are regularly and customarily generated and maintained by, and in the possession of, its Facilities Team (collectively, the “M&R Reports”).
Meeting Requirements. The DYTUR or designee is responsible for attending regional DYTUR meetings. It is strongly encouraged that XXXXXx also attend, in person or by teleconference the State DYTUR Meetings.

The Executive Steering Committee shall meet on a quarterly basis (or more or less frequently if Pfenex and Alvogen mutually agree) during the Term, and shall hold its first meeting within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date. The Executive Steering Committee may meet by phone, videoconference or in person. Each meeting shall be held on a date to be agreed upon by Pfenex and Alvogen. Notwithstanding the foregoing, meetings may be called at any time if requested by either Party by prior written notice, including the proposed agenda of the meeting, sent to the other Party at least two (2) weeks in advance; provided that if a meeting is requested to be convened urgently pursuant to this Agreement, Pfenex and Alvogen shall convene such meeting as promptly as is practicable. At least one (1) member designated by Alvogen and one (1) member designated by Pfenex shall be required to be present at or participating in the meeting in order to establish a quorum for such meeting. Each Party shall be able to invite a reasonable number of observers (who may include consultants and experts) to each Executive Steering Committee; provided that each such individual is subject to confidentiality obligations consistent with the provisions of Sections 8.1, 8.2 and 8.

Pfenex and Hospira agree that reasonable flexibility is necessary, and therefore, three (3) different dates shall be proposed for each meeting, whenever possible. Meetings shall only be effective if at least one (1) representative designated by Hospira and one (1) representative designated by Pfenex are present or participating in the meeting.
Meeting Requirements. FSSA conducts meetings and collaborative workgroups for the Hoosier Healthwise program. The Contractor shall comply with all meeting requirements established by FSSA, and is expected to cooperate with FSSA and/or its contractors in preparing for and participating in these meetings. The Contractor shall also participate in meetings and proceedings with external entities as directed by FSSA, including but not limited to, the DUR Board, MHQAC, Medicaid Advisory Committee, Therapeutics Committee, Indiana Psychotropic Medication Advisory Committee and legislative hearings. FSSA may also require the participation of subcontracted entities in other instances, as determined necessary. Attendance at all meetings shall be at no additional cost to FSSA. FSSA reserves the right to cancel any regularly scheduled meetings, change the meeting frequency or format or add meetings to the schedule as it deems necessary. At Contract initiation, FSSA will conduct a series of orientation sessions. The Contractor shall ensure the attendance of appropriate staff at each session based on topics to be discussed. During Contract implementation, the Contractor shall meet with FSSA on a State approved schedule to coordinate a smooth transition and implementation. The Contractor should be prepared to meet weekly. FSSA reserves the right to meet at least annually with the Contractor’s executive leadership to review the Contractor’s performance, discuss the Contractor’s outstanding or commendable contributions, identify areas for improvement and outline upcoming issues that may impact the Contractor or the Hoosier Healthwise program.
Meeting Requirements. The Sponsor agrees, during the life of the Project, to attend any meetings requested by representatives of the Secretary or the MARC, if the Secretary deems such meetings to be necessary.

Upon request from Agency or SBWMA, the public education manager is required to meet quarterly, and more frequently if necessary, with Agency and/or SBWMA staff to review public education and promotion activities. In addition, the public education manager will be required to represent Contractor at all monthly SBWMA Board of Director meetings.
