TENANT'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. Landlord grants to Tenant, during the Lease Term, the license to use, for the benefit of Tenant and its officers, agents, employees, customers and invitees, in common with others entitled to such use, the Common Areas as they from time to time exist, subject to the rights and privileges of Landlord herein reserved. Tenant shall not at any time interfere with the rights of Landlord and others entitled to use any part of the Common Areas, and shall not store, permanently or temporarily, any materials, supplies or equipment in the Common Areas.
