Tenant’s Waivers. Tenant waives any Claims against Landlord and its Affiliates for: (1) Peril insured or required to be insured by Tenant under subsections (2), (3) and (8) of ss. 9.1 (a), and (2) Damage caused by any public utility, public work, other tenants or occupants of the Project, or persons other than Landlord.
