NOTICE OF CONTRACT. This contract sets forth all of the terms of your lease. By signing this lease, you are giving up certain rights and taking on certain legal duties. If you violate any term of the lease, you may be evicted and sued for money. Be sure you understand this lease before you sign it, or have it reviewed by someone who can explain it to you.
NOTICE OF CONTRACT. Out Add a new Letter of Intent - Contracting In Review Committee as follows: Pursuant to the Letter Of Intent Contracting Out, Employment Security And Continuous Improvement, the City and the Union shall form a Joint Contracting In Review Committee, within ninety (90) calendar days of ratification. The City will pay for two (2) representatives of Local 79 at their regular rate of pay for all hours spent on work of the Committee during his/her regular working hours. The Committee shall meet quarterly, or more frequently, as requested by the parties. The purpose of the Committee will be to review specific opportunities identified by Local 79 for the contracting in of work that is currently contracted out and to make recommendations to the Labour Relations Steering Committee regarding the possibility of pursuing the contracting in of such opportunities. Article City This Letter of Intent does not apply, and is not intended to apply, to work of any other bargaining unit. Upon request of the Contracting In Review Committee and where appropriate, the City shall provide the Committee with relevant information about the specific identified service(s). Such information may include, but is not limited to: • the type of work being provided through any contractor or sub-contractor; • the length of the contract, and expiry or renewal or re-negotiation date(s); • pertinent financial and statistical disclosure with respect to relevant contract(s), provided the City can release such information by law. NOTICE OF CONTRACT. (a) Should any e-Nited Customer enter into a contract with Zengine to have Zengine provide to the Customer e-commerce Services, Zengine shall provide to e-Nited notice of such contract promptly after it is executed by the Customer. (b) Should any Zengine Customer enter into a contract with e-Nited to have e-Nited provide to the Customer Logistics Services, e-Nited shall provide to Zengine notice of such contract promptly after it is executed by the Customer.

NOTICE OF CONTRACT. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Contractor shall not commence or perform any Work or deliver any materials to the Site until a Notice of Contract is filed in the mortgage records of the Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Recorder for the Parish of East Baton Rouge pursuant to the requirements of the Louisiana Private Works Act, La. R.S. 9:4801 et seq.. An original of the bond(s) required by Section 7.18.1 of this Agreement shall be attached to the Notice of Contract when it is recorded. The Notice of Contract shall comply with the requirements of the Louisiana Private Works Act, La. R.S. 9:4801 et seq., including La. R.S. 9:4811. Owner shall deliver the Notice of Contract to Contractor on or before Owner’s delivery of the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall sign and return the Notice of Contract to Owner along with the bond(s) required by Section 7.18.1 of this Agreement. Promptly after receipt of these materials from Contractor, Owner will record the fully executed original Notice of Contract (with the bond(s) attached) as required by the Louisiana Private Works Act. Owner shall provide written notice to Contractor when the Notice of Contract has been recorded.

  • Notice of Acceptance Notice of each Offeree’s intention to accept, in whole or in part, any Offer made shall be evidenced by a writing signed by such Offeree and delivered to the Company prior to the end of the 20-day period of such offer, setting forth such of the Offeree’s Basic Amount as such Offeree elects to purchase and, if such Offeree shall elect to purchase all of its Basic Amount, such Undersubscription Amount as such Offeree shall elect to purchase (the “Notice of Acceptance”).   • Advance Notice of Layoff Unless legislation is more favourable to the Employees, the Employer shall notify Employees who are laid off with a written notice thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of layoff. If the Employee has not had the opportunity to work the days as provided in this Article, they shall be paid for the days for which work was not made available.

  • Acceptance of Contract This contract shall not be considered accepted, approved or otherwise effective until the statutorily required approvals and certifications have been given.

(c) The quarter in which any notice is given pursuant to paragraphs (a) or (b) of this Section 4.2 shall be counted as one of the 20 quarters permitted in the maximum Extended Interest Payment Period permitted under Section 4.1.
