Tenant warrants that if it is a corporation that: (a) it is duly incorporated and/or qualified under the laws of the State of NEW JERSEY and is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and is in good standing; (b) all necessary corporate action necessary to authorize the execution of this Lease upon the terms and conditions set forth herein have been duly taken; and (c) the officer(s) executing and delivering this Lease have been duly authorized to bind the corporation to the terms and conditions herein contained.
