Common use of Tender Advice Clause in Contracts

Tender Advice. Not later than 10:00 a.m. on the second Business Day prior to any Mandatory Tender Date, the Administrator will give a Tender Advice by Electronic Notice to DTC, the Remarketing Agent and Xxxxxxx Mac setting forth (A) such Mandatory Tender Date, (B) the aggregate Current Certificate Balance of Class A Certificates subject to Mandatory Tender and (C) if applicable, the Authorized Denominations of Class A Certificates with respect to which a conforming Retention Notice has been received by the Administrator.
