Tender of VESSEL. If Buyer fails to take delivery of the Vessel after completion thereof according to this Contract and the Specifications, Builder shall have the right to tender the delivery of the Vessel to Buyer. Such tender shall be made by Builder by a notice to Buyer stating that the Vessel is tendered for delivery pursuant to Article VII.4 of the Contract.
