Tender Opening. 24.1 Except as in the cases specified in ITT 23, the Procuring Entity shall, at the Tender opening, publicly open and read out all Tenders received by the deadline at the date, time and place specified in the TDS in the presence of Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend, including to attend any specific electronic tender opening procedures if electronic tendering is permitted in accordance with ITT 21.1, shall be as specified in the TDS.
24.2 First, envelopes marked “WITHDRAWAL” shall be opened and read out and the envelope with the corresponding Tender shall not be opened, but returned to the Tenderer. If the withdrawal envelope does not contain a copy of the “power of attorney” confirming the signature as a person duly authorized to sign on behalf of the Tenderer, the corresponding Tender will be opened. No Tender withdrawal shall be permitted unless the corresponding withdrawal notice contains a valid authorization to request the withdrawal and is read out at Tender opening.
24.3 Next, envelopes marked “SUBSTITUTION” shall be opened and read out and exchanged with the corresponding Tender being substituted, and the substituted Tender shall not be opened, but returned to the Tenderer. No Tender substitution shall be permitted unless the corresponding substitution notice contains a valid authorization to request the substitution and is read out at Tender opening.
24.4 Next, envelopes marked “MODIFICATION” shall be opened and read out with the corresponding Tender. No Tender modification shall be permitted unless the corresponding modification notice contains a valid authorization to request the modification and is read out at Tender opening.
24.5 Next, all remaining envelopes shall be opened one at a time, reading out: the name of the Tenderer and whether there is a modification; the total Tender Prices, per lot (contract) if applicable, including any discounts and alternative Tenders; the presence or absence of a Tender Security, if required; and any other details as the Procuring Entity may consider appropriate.
Tender Opening. Tender Opening. All tenders received will be held in the exclusive secure custody of the Director of Corporate ServicesChief Finance Officer until the date and time appointed for their opening.
Tender Opening a) Tenders will be opened at the prescribed date and time in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to be present. The representatives of Bidders must bring the authorisation letter for attending the Tender opening. Not more than two representatives for each Bidder would be allowed to take part during the bid opening process.
b) If the date on which the tender is to be opened is declared to be a holiday, the tender be deemed to remain open till 2.30 p.m. of the next working day.
c) Envelope-A containing Technical Bid would be opened first. Eligibility Criteria such as payment of EMD and compliance with pre-qualification conditions will be checked. The supporting documents would be checked wherever required.
d) Only the Technical Bid will be opened on the due date.
e) The date, time and venue of opening the Price Bid will be intimated separately.
f) Tenders non compliant with any of the tender terms will not be considered for the next stage i.e. for opening of the Price Bid.
Tender Opening. 1. OPENING OF COMMERCIAL & TECHNICAL BIDS WITHOUT PRICE (PART-I): The Tender offers except price Bid will be opened electronically at 14.30Hrs. on the date notified at the Office of the Superintending Engineer/ Operation/Salem, through xxxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx 11.2. OPENING OF THE PRICE BIDS: (PART - II) The date and time of opening of Price Bids shall be later notified through registered e-mail to the Bidders who fulfil the Technical Specification criteria and whose bids are found to be commercially and technically acceptable.
Tender Opening. 1.2.1 The Tenders shall be opened on 1:05 p.m. local time, Friday August 12, 2021 at The Ontario Aggregate Resources Corporation office located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0. TOARC will invite all tenderers to virtually attend the opening of the tenders.

Tender Opening. 16.1 Tender opening will be done at the O/o the Manager/Train Operation, DO Building, Metro Train Depot, Shastri Park, Delhi-110053 by the nominated Opening Committee of DMRC in the presence of tenderers or their representative on date and time as mentioned in sub clause 1.
Tender Opening. 20.1 The Employer will open the tenders in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the time and location indicated in the Letter of Invitation to Tender. The tenderers’ representatives who are present shall sign a register evidencing their attendance.
20.2 Tenders for which an acceptable notice of withdrawal has been submitted, pursuant to clause 19, will not be opened. The Employer will examine the tenders to determine whether they are complete, whether the requisite Tender Sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the tenders are generally in order.
20.3 At the tender opening, the Employer will announce the tenderer’s names, total tender price, tender price modifications and tender withdrawals, if any, the presence of the requisite Tender Surety and such other details as the Employer, at his discretion, may consider appropriate. No tender shall be rejected at the tender opening except for late tenders.
20.4 The Employer shall prepare a tender opening register and minutes of the tender opening including the information disclosed to those present.
20.5 Tenders not opened and read out a tender opening shall not be considered further for evaluation, irrespective of the circumstances.
Tender Opening. 22.1 The Employer will open Envelope No. 1 (Technical Documents) only and examination and evaluation of Documents will be in private and successful Applicants will be advised of their inclusion in the list of the Tenderers and unsuccessful Applicants will be advised to take back their sealed Envelope No. 2 comprising the priced Tender and Contract Document. Envelope No. 2 comprising the priced Tender Document for the qualified successful Applicants will be opened examined and evaluated in private.
22.2 Envelopes marked "WITHDRAWAL" shall be opened and read out first. Tenders for which an acceptable notice of withdrawal has been submitted pursuant to Clause 24 of these Instructions to Tenderers shall not be opened.
22.3 The Tenderers' names, the Tender prices, the total amount of each Tender, any discounts, Tender modifications and withdrawals, the presence or absence of Tender Security, and such other details as the Employer may consider appropriate, will be announced by the Employer at the opening. Any Tender price or discount which is not read out and recorded at Tender opening will not be considered in Tender evaluation. Discounts that are not stated in the Letter of Tender and in the main summary page of the Bills of Quantities shall not be considered.
22.4 The Employer shall prepare minutes of the Tender opening, including the information disclosed to those present in accordance with Sub-clause 22.3 of these Instructions to Tenderers.
