Common use of TEN’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

TEN’s Obligations. (a) TEN will perform the Training Sessions: (1) taking reasonable care and in a safe, thorough and professional manner; and (2) in accordance with all applicable laws, codes and standards. (b) TEN warrants that it holds all relevant authorisations required by law to provide the Training Sessions. (c) TEN will issue certificates of competency to Trainees only where it is satisfied, in its sole discretion, that a Trainee has completed all necessary Training Sessions and achieved the requisite level of competency.
