Lessor rents to Lessee for the Term one (1) forty foot by eighty-five foot (40’ X 85’) frame tent (the “Tent”), lighting package – Tuscan lighting, four (4) stations (food/bar), one (1) cake station, tent color wash (color to be determined by Lessee), three (3) tree up lights, pole skirts, side curtains with windows, draped ceiling, twotwo (2) audio speakers, and one (1) wireless microphone (which only works in the Tent). Lessor also shall provide Lessee with onsite supervisor for Tent.
