Tenure-Track. A tenure-track appointment is normally for a period of two years following the date on which an academic staff member is first appointed. It may thereafter be renewed annually. Tenure-track appointments shall be renewed when duties have been performed in a satisfactory manner and it is deemed that the academic staff member should be afforded opportunity to progress toward an appointment with tenure.
