Tenured Teacher Assistance Program. Within thirty (30) school days after the completion of a summative evaluation rating a tenured teacher’s performance as “needs improvement,” the administrator, in consultation with the teacher, shall develop a professional development plan (PDP). The PDP will address the areas that need improvement taking into account the teacher’s on-going professional responsibilities, including the teacher’s regular teaching assignment(s). In addition, the PDP will specify any supports the district will provide to address the areas identified as needing improvement.
