TER M AND TERMINATION. 10.1 This Licence is granted for the duration of the Subscription Period and shall automatically renew for successive periods of 12 months, unless Licensee notifies Publisher of its intention to terminate this Agreement at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the then current term. 10.2 In addition, this Agreement shall be terminated: 10.2.1. I f the Licensee defaults in making payment of the Fee as provided in this Licence and fails to remedy such default with in ten (10) days of notification in writing by the Publisher;
