Common use of TERM AND DURATION Clause in Contracts

TERM AND DURATION. 46.01 This Agreement shall become effective on 13 April 2002, and shall continue in full force and effect until the 31st day of March 2004, and from year to year thereafter unless on or before the 1st day of January 2004, either Party gives to the other written notice of its desire to alter or amend same.

TERM AND DURATION. 46.01 45.01 This Agreement shall become effective on 13 1 April 2002, 2010 and shall continue in full force and effect until the 31st day of March 20042014, and from year to year thereafter unless on or before the 1st day of January 20042014, either Party gives to the other written notice of its desire to alter or amend same. Unless noted otherwise, all changes to the Agreement shall be effective the date of ratification by both Parties.
