Common use of TERM AND DURATION Clause in Contracts

TERM AND DURATION. This Agreement shall commence on the 16th day of August, 2017, and shall go through the 25th day of May, 2018. Either party may cancel this CONTRACT with or without cause on a thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
