TERM AND DURATION. (1) This Bilateral Agreement shall come into force and effect on signing by both parties. 1 (2) This Bilateral Agreement shall continue in force and effect until the earlier of the following dates or events: (i) 30 June 2007; (ii) earlier termination of the CSTDA.
