Common use of Term and Extension Clause in Contracts

Term and Extension. The Term of this Ground Lease shall commence on the Effective Date and shall co- terminate on the same date as the Facility Lease, unless such Term is extended by the parties thereto, or unless sooner terminated as provided herein, except no termination of this Ground Lease shall occur until all the Bonds and all other indebtedness incurred by the Board for the Project, if any, have been fully repaid.
