Aerial Approaches Sample Clauses
Aerial Approaches. Lessor reserves the right to take any action it considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches of the Airport against obstruction, together with the right to prevent Lessee from erecting, or permitting to be erected, any building or other structure on or adjacent to the Airport which, in the opinion of Lessor, would limit the usefulness of the Airport or constitute a hazard to aircraft.
Aerial Approaches. DISTRICT reserves the right to take any action it considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches of the Airport against obstruction, together with the right to prevent LESSEE from erecting, or permitting to be erected, any building or other structure on or adjacent to the Airport which, in the opinion of DISTRICT, would limit the usefulness of the Airport or constitute a hazard to aircraft.
Aerial Approaches. Board reserves the right to take any action it considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches of the Airport against obstruction, together with the right to prevent Operator from erecting, or permitting to be erected, any Leased Premises or other structures on or adjacent to the Airport which, in the opinion of Board, would limit the usefulness of the Airport or constitute a hazard to aircraft.

The Authority reserves the right to take any action it considers necessary to protect the aerial approaches and transition surfaces of the Airport against obstruction, together with the right to prevent the Lessee or sub-lessee from erecting or permitting to be erected any building or other structure on the Airport, which, in the opinion of the Authority would limit the usefulness of the Airport or constitute a hazard to aircraft.
Aerial Approaches. Lessee shall ensure that the aerial approaches to the Airport are protected from hazards and obstructions, including but not limited to vegetation, on-Airport structures, and wildlife, and shall comply with all applicable FAA regulations under 14 C.F.R. Part
