Term and Termination for Convenience. 3.1 The Agreement shall have effect on the date of the Customer’s written e-mail confirmation and remain in force for initial 12 months (“Initial Term”) and hereafter continue until terminated in accordance with the terms of these Terms. 3.2 After the Initial Term, the Agreement can be terminated by either Party for convenience with a written notice (in accordance with clause 4.1) of three (3) months notice to the end of a month. If the Agreement has not been terminated with effect as of end of 31. December, the Supplier will be entitled to invoice for the next full year. 3.3 Upon termination of the Agreement for convenience or in accordance with Clause 11, Supplier may delete the Customer account and all related data.
