Termination before Completion. If Service agreed in a Statement Of Work represents a contractual work service, Customer may terminate this Statement Of Work prior to the completion of Service without any termination notice, if the pursuit of the completion of Service is economically unreasonable for Customer. In this case, Service Provider is entitled to charge the agreed fees for Services provided up to that point. Termination before Completion. If the Condition Precedent in clause 2.1 is not satisfied, or waived in accordance with clause 2.5, by the Condition Precedent End Date, this Agreement will automatically terminate and (other than the Specified Clauses) will be null and void and of no effect.
