Common use of Term and Time of Performance Clause in Contracts

Term and Time of Performance. This contract will remain in effect from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. Chamber shall perform the services described in this agreement as follows: provide the Visitor’s Information Center including the Visit Los Gatos website as outlined in Exhibit A – Scope of Services.

Chamber shall perform the services described in this agreement as follows: provide the Visitor’s Town Information Center including the Visit and Leadership Los Gatos website as outlined in Exhibit A – Scope of Services.

Chamber shall perform the services described in this agreement as follows: provide the Visitor’s Information Center including the Visit Los Gatos website as outlined in Exhibit A – Scope of Services.

Chamber shall perform the services described in this agreement as follows: provide the VisitorTown’s Visitors Information Center including the Visit Los Gatos website website, and social media and destination marketing services as outlined in Exhibit A – Scope of Services.
