Common use of Term and Time of Performance Clause in Contracts

Term and Time of Performance. CONTRACTOR shall commence work within one week from the CITY's notice to proceed. CONTRACTOR shall diligently perform and complete the Work with professional quality and technical accuracy by June 30, 2025 (“Completion Date”). Extension of terms or time of performance shall be subject to the CITY’s sole discretion.

Extension of terms or time of performance shall be subject to the CITY’s sole discretion.
