TERM OF AGREEMENT AND REOPENING. A. Upon ratification by the Association and approval by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida, this Agreement shall be effective October 1, 2017 and shall continue in effect until September 30, 2020.

Upon This Agreement shall be effective upon ratification by the Association and approval by the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida, this Agreement which shall be the effective October 1date for all provisions in this Agreement, 2017 and unless a specific effective date is set forth in a particular article. Once the Agreement is effective, it shall continue remain in effect until force through September 30, 20202023.
