DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. (a) The term of this Agreement shall be from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2015 and thereafter from year to year unless or until either party gives notice in writing to bargain during the three (3) month period preceding the date of its termination.
(b) Except for Appendix "A" or unless specifically provided otherwise in the Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall become effective from the beginning of the pay period following the date of ratification by the Union.

DURATION AND RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall become effective on the 8th day of June, 1998 and shall remain in full force and effect until the 30th day of April 2001 and shall continue in force from year to year thereafter until either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination of or proposed revision of this Agreement within a period of 90 days before April 30th, 2001 or in a like period in any year thereafter.
