TERM OF AGREEMENT Section A. Contract Term. Except as provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2017, and shall remain in full force and effect through June 30, 2021. This contract shall be considered as renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party to this agreement notifies the other party, in writing, of its desire to modify or terminate this Agreement.
