Term of Agreement; Suspension and Termination. (a) The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date, and terminate December 30, 2020 (for the CARES-funded portion of this agreement) , or when Program funds are exhausted (for the General Fund portion of this agreement), unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties, and subject to any earlier termination in accordance with this Agreement.
