Common use of Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Agreement. The effective date of this Agreement shall be January 3, 2022, and the Agreement shall be in effect for a period of two (2) years with additional one (1)-year renewals unless terminated sooner, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of this Agreement.

Term of Agreement. Either party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without cause by notifying the other party in writing, and the Agreement shall be of its intent to terminate at least ninety (90) days in effect for a period of two (2) years with additional one (1)-year renewals unless terminated sooner, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of this Agreementadvance.
