Common use of Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Agreement. The effective date of this Agreement shall be January 3, 2022, and the Agreement shall be in effect for a period of two (2) years with additional one (1)-year renewals unless terminated sooner, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of this Agreement.

Term of Agreement. The 47.01 This Agreement shall be for the term November 1, 2018 ending on October 31, 2021; however all provisions of this Agreement shall, unless otherwise stated, be effective from the date of signing of this Agreement. The effective date of this Agreement shall be January 3, 2022, and the 2(1) This Agreement shall be in effect for from and including January 1, 2003 to and including December 31, 2006, and shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter subject to the right of either party to this Agreement within four (4) months immediately preceding the expiry date, or immediately preceding the anniversary date in any year thereafter, by written notice to the other party, require the other party to commence collective bargaining with a period view to the conclusion of two (2) years with additional one (1)-year renewals unless terminated sooner, in accordance with a renewal or revision of the provisions of Article V of this Agreement or a new Agreement.

Term of Agreement. The Agreement shall be renew automatically year to year thereafter unless either party notifies the other in effect for writing 90 days prior to the December 31, 2017 that they wish to negotiate a period of two (2) years with additional one (1)-year renewals unless terminated sooner, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of this successor Agreement.

Term of Agreement. The effective date of this 23.01 This Agreement shall be January 3, 2022, and the Agreement shall be continue in effect until June 30, 2019 shall continue automatically thereafter for a period annual periods of two (2) years with additional one (1)-year renewals 1) year each, unless terminated sooner, either party notifies the other in accordance with writing not less than thirty (30) and not more than ninety (90) days prior to the provisions of Article V of expiration date that it desires to amend or terminate this Agreement.

The effective date of this Agreement shall be January 3, 2022, and the Agreement 29.01 This agreement shall be in effect for a period from the date of two signing namely September 16, 2017 and shall expire on September 15, 2021 and shall automatically be renewed from year to year, unless written notice of intent to terminate the agreement is given by either party within sixty (260) years with additional one (1)-year renewals unless terminated sooner, in accordance with days prior to the provisions termination of Article V of this Agreementthe agreement or any subsequent yearly period.

Negotiations

Term of Agreement. The effective date of this Agreement 39.01 This agreement shall be for a term of three years with effect from January 31, 20222004 until December 31, 2006 inclusive and shall remain in full force and effect from year to year following the expiration of the term until either party gives the other party written notice of desire to change, amend, or terminate such Agreement. Upon receipt of such notice the Employer and the Agreement Union shall be furnish to each other within sixty days particulars of any changes or amendments they may desire in effect for a period of two (2) years with additional one (1)-year renewals unless terminated sooner, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of this Agreement.
