Common use of Term of Company Clause in Contracts

Term of Company. The term of the Company shall commence on the day the Certificate of Formation is filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware, and shall be perpetual unless dissolved pursuant to Article XI.

Term of Company. The term of the Company shall commence on the day date the Certificate of Formation is filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of Delaware, the Act and shall be continue on a perpetual basis unless dissolved pursuant to Article XIVIII of this Agreement.
